1. Delivery Address
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering, and unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for orders gone missing due to incorrect address.
2. Order Processing
We process orders within 1–3 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
Orders are dispatched Monday, Wednesday and Friday, excluding public holidays.
We take great care in packing your items securely and sustainably, ensuring your Ikebana tools – and in particular fragile items like ceramics – arrive in pristine condition. We will use either of the following techniques to ensure the product arrives undamaged: bubble wrap, foam inserts, or box-in-a-box technique.
3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier services such as Australia Post, Sendle, or Couriers Please, depending on your location and the nature of the items.
Estimated delivery timeframes (after dispatch):
Metro areas: 2–5 business days
Regional areas: 3–7 business days
Remote areas: 5–10 business days
Australia Post:
Standard Shipping
Same‑State Delivery: 2–4 business days (sometimes 5)
Interstate Delivery: 3–6 business days (longer for remote)
Express Post:
Same‑State Delivery: 1–2 business days
Interstate Delivery: 1–3 business days (within Express network)
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping within Australia:
Orders over $ 200
We offer FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $ 200, which includes tracking and insurance.
This applies for products under 5 kg.
Orders under $ 200 and under 5 kg
Standard shipping: $ 15
Express Shipping: $ 25
Special handling surcharges may apply for fragile, bulky, heavy or larger ceramic pieces.
These will be clearly indicated prior to checkout.
We currently do not accept overseas orders.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive it, please check your junk folder or contact us.
6. Gift Cards
Gift Cards are delivered electronically and free of charge. They are non-refundable and valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
7. Delivery Issues or Damaged Goods
If your parcel arrives damaged, or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the parcel and products at enquiries@bellaformosagarten.com.au.
We will assess each case individually and offer a suitable resolution – whether it be a replacement, refund, or store credit.
