Welcome to BELLA FORMOSA GARTEN ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing from our store.
2. About Us
We are an Australian-based online business specialising in:
Selling via our online store:
Ikebana tools, Japanese vases, plates, and decorative materials
Planters, baskets, and a curated range of indoor plants
High quality unique Teapots (Eilong) imported from Taiwan
Gift Cards for flexible gifting
Offering services:
Botanical styling and Ikebana arrangements (either once off e.g. for weddings or birthdays or on a regular basis for businesses and private homes)
Interior plant leasing and regular maintenance for businesses and private homes
Interior plant design and consulting
We plan to offer Ikebana workshops and classes in the near future.
3. Online Store and Purchase Commitments
Our store is 100% online, we cannot accept walk-ins. If you wish to view specific items in person—such as handcrafted Japanese vases—please contact us via the contact form on our website and we can arrange a suitable time.
When buying an item from our online store, you agree that you are responsible for reading the full item listing before committing to purchase. You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy and successfully complete the checkout and payment process.
Please note: We have some artistic handcrafted vases mainly from Japan and some from Taiwan. Due to the nature of their uniqueness and artisanal creation. they may vary slightly in colour and minimal vary in size.
4. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
We do our very best to keep everything on our site accurate, up to date, and crystal clear. But sometimes little errors or omissions might sneak through—whether it is a typo in a product description, an incorrect price, or outdated availability. If something is not right, we will fix it as soon as we can and appreciate your understanding.
In legal terms: Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
5. Use of Website and Services
You agree not to misuse our site, impersonate others, or use our content or images without permission.
You may download images from our Ikebana Gallery for personal use only, such as for inspiration or non-commercial appreciation.
However, all images, product descriptions, logos, and designs remain the intellectual property of BELLA FORMOSA GARTEN and may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Payment must be received in full before your order is processed or your service is confirmed.
The prices we charge for our products and services are listed on the website.
We reserve the right to change these prices at any time and to correct any pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and applicable sales tax can be found on the payments page.
The fees for services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the services, such as applicable taxes and transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your selected payment method.
7. Gift Cards and Discounts
Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and are not redeemable for cash.
Discounts, referral rewards, or promotional coupons may be subject to expiration dates and cannot be combined unless stated.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify offers at our discretion.
8. Delivery and Fulfilment
We deliver Australia-wide via trusted carriers (e.g., Australia Post or couriers).
Shipping times are estimates only.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays once an item leaves our premises.
You will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

9. Returns and Refunds
We want you to love what you receive. Please contact us if something is not right.
Change of mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, however you are welcome to return an item to us in exchange for store credit or product exchange. The item must be undamaged, include all accessories, in its original packaging, unused, unaltered and generally suitable for resale, and be returned with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of receipt.
Posted returns must be sent by trackable service (such as Australia Post with tracking).
Please keep record of the tracking number and let us know the parcel is on the way.
Please enclose your receipt/order number and name with a brief note explaining your return request.
We do not cover the postage cost of returns for exchange or store credit.
Please also be aware you may need to pay additional postage charges if you wish to have exchange products sent back to you.
Faulty or damaged items: Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and a description.
We will assess and offer a replacement, credit or refund as appropriate.
Custom or personalised items: These are non-refundable unless faulty.
10. Plant Leasing and Styling Services
All plant leasing packages are subject to a written agreement outlining delivery, the frequency of maintenance, and replacement terms.
For Ikebana arrangements, all styling is done to your brief, however natural variation is to be expected due to the artistic and seasonal nature - availability of plants - of our work.
As a small family business, there may be rare occasions when we need to adjust certain services — (increase or decrease frequency) for example, due to seasonal factors, illness or leave. We will always let you know in advance and make sure the plants always receive the care they need.
We understand that needs can change. Either party may end a service agreement by giving the other at least thirty (30) days’ written notice. This period reflects standard industry practice and is designed to be fair to both sides,.
At the end of the contract, you may choose one of the following options:
Collection: We will collect all plants and pots free of charge.
Keep & Purchase: You may choose to purchase the plants and pots and keep them permanently.
11. Classes and Workshops (Future Offering)
Once our classes become available, terms regarding deposits, cancellations, and class conduct will apply.
These will be updated in this policy and shown at checkout during registration.
12. Promotional Emails, Referral Programme and Loyalty Offers
From time to time, we may send you updates, special offers, or other promotional content by email, text message, or any other contact method you have shared with us. If you would prefer not to receive these messages, you can let us know at any time and we will remove you from our promotional list—no questions asked.
We may offer referral benefits, loyalty discounts, and exclusive promotional codes to reward returning customers. Abuse of these programmes (e.g., self-referrals) may result in disqualification.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including logos, images, designs, text, and product descriptions—is the property of BELLA FORMOSA GARTEN and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

We sell through platforms such as Wix, Google Shopping, eBay, and Amazon. While we strive for consistency, please note that terms, prices, and return policies may vary slightly depending on the platform used.
