At Bella Formosa Garten, we bring the beauty of lush, healthy plants into your home or workplace—without the hassle of long-term ownership. We create bespoke botanical compositions that harmonise with your interior architecture, colour palette and lighting.

Consultation & Interior Plant Styling

We start by visiting your space to assess lighting, layout, and style preferences. Based on your needs, we create a tailored proposal with recommended plants, pots, and display solutions that enhance your environment—whether it’s a sleek modern office, a welcoming reception, or a tranquil waiting room.

Plant Leasing

Enjoy premium indoor plants on flexible rental terms. Our leasing options allow you to refresh your greenery seasonally or as your needs evolve, keeping your space vibrant and inviting year-round.

Ongoing Maintenance

We offer a full plant care service, including watering, pruning, feeding, and replacing plants as needed. Our maintenance visits are usually every four weeks (adjusted seasonally) to ensure your plants always look fresh and healthy.

Plant Leasing & Maintenance Process

1. Initial Consultation
We will visit your location, discuss your vision and requirements, provide advice and address your concerns.

2. Customised Proposal / Quote

We will provide a written proposal and quote based on the initial consultation which will include size, quantity, style of plants, type of pots/planters as well as the placement within your space; also outlining details of the lease, like maintenance frequency and payment terms.

3. Service Agreement
If you are happy with the proposal and the quote you sign the quote and transfer initial payment..

4. Setup & Installation
We source and deliver your plants and decorative pots, and complete the full installation so your space is ready to enjoy.

Fees & Payment

Initial Payment: Setup fee + first 3 months’ rental, paid in advance.

Setup Fee: $250 (covers consultation, proposal, sourcing, and installation).

Ongoing Billing: Monthly rental is billed in advance, commencing from month 4.

Contract & Termination

Contracts may be ended with 30 days’ written notice, reflecting industry standard and allowing a smooth transition.
