Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your BELLA FORMOSA GARTEN items as much as we do. If something is not quite right, here is our return policy:

 

 

1. Change of Mind Returns

 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, however you are welcome to return an item to us in exchange for store credit or product exchange.

The item must be undamaged, include all accessories, in its original packaging, unused, unaltered and generally suitable for resale, and be returned with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of receipt.

In the case of a fragile item, such as a ceramic vase, it must be shipped in a similar way to how it was originally packed to prevent damage during transit. This includes protection such as bubble wrap, foam inserts, or the box-in-a-box technique, and it must be fully insured.

Posted returns must be sent by trackable service (such as Australia Post with tracking).

Please keep record of the tracking number and let us know the parcel is on the way.

Please enclose your receipt/order number and name with a brief note explaining your return request.

We do not cover the postage cost of returns for exchange or store credit.

Please also be aware you may need to pay additional postage charges if you wish to have exchange products sent back to you.

 

Please note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Gift Cards

• Special orders or custom arrangements

• Items marked with 'Sale'

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at enquiries@bellaformosagarten.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with instructions.

 

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping, but in the rare event that you receive something faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Email enquiries@bellaformosagarten.com.au with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

• A brief description

 

We will provide a replacement (if possible), refund, or store credit as appropriate.

We will cover the return shipping costs  in this case.

 

 

3. Refunds for Faulty or incorrect items

 

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund (plus your return shipping costs) via your original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
